Why does it show "the order number does not exist" after entering the order number?
Please input correct order format (e.g. 7770/1234567). You may check the order status and details on the Order History.
Why does the order status remain in "Order Placed" for a long time?
Under normal circumstances, the order status will proceed to "Processing" one day or earlier before the delivery date. If there is order delay due to product supply shortage, we will contact you before the date of delivery or pickup.
Why does the order status remain "Processing" for a long time?

If the order does not contain any product directly delivered by the supplier, the order will be proceeded to "Shipping" on the date of delivery or "Ready for Pickup" on the date of pickup.


If the order contains product directly delivered by the supplier, the order status will remain in "Processing" and will be updated to "Completed" after the expected delivery date. Supplier will contact you to confirm the actual delivery date.

When the order status proceeds to "Ready for Pickup", is there anything to prepare?
Please check if you have received the pickup notification email or SMS before visiting the selected store for pick up. Please present the QR code on Order History or pickup email for order pickup.
The order has been received, why is the order status not showing "Completed"?
The order status will be updated to "Completed" within 1-3 days after you have received the order. Once the order is completed, you will receive MoneyBack points and i-Coin earned in the order. You are welcome to complete product review to earn extra 100 MoneyBack points.
Why is the order status (delivered by supplier) not updated?
When the order is delivered directly by the supplier, supplier will contact you to confirm the delivery arrangement. If you have not received any notice 2 days before the selected delivery date, please click here to contact us. Order status will be updated to "Completed" after the delivery date.
How to exchange the product or cancel the order?
Under normal circumstances, we will not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders. For more details, please refer to Returns and Refunds.
