<FORTRESS i-Coin Journey Awaits> Promotion - Terms and Conditions

FORTRESS iCoin is an estamp program launched by FORTRESS, eligible members can earn iCoin upon purchase and redeem gifts.

For earning iCoin

1. FORTRESS iCoin (hereinafter referred to as iCoin) issue period for <FORTRESS iCoin Journey Awaits> Promotion is from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
    
2. "Eligible Members": Only FORTRESS iClub (hereinafter referred to as iClub) members and MoneyBack App members are qualified for earning iCoin to redeem gifts.
    
3. Anyone can join this campaign by registering as an iClub member/MoneyBack App member before checkout and present your member number (starting with ‘500’) to the staff for record.
    
4. Eligible members can earn iCoin by purchasing via both physical stores and online eShop.

5. Eligible members must present the membership QR code in FORTRESS App or MoneyBack App for any purchase to earn MoneyBack points and iCoin at the same time. Eligible members can automatically earn iCoins when purchasing online.

6. When eligible members purchase in physical stores, basic iCoins will be issued to the member’s account within 2 days. For purchase online, iCoin will be issued to the member's account within 5 days after the store pickup or FORTRESS delivery. Extra iCoins of specific product promotion will be issued to member’s account after making purchase within 7 days.

7. For any member purchases that is not by oneoff payment (such as paying deposit), FORTRESS will first issue iCoin based on the deposit amount, and then issue the remaining iCoin after receiving the balance payment.

8. On a single invoice, 1 iCoin will be awarded for every $500 net purchase amount on general products, 2 iCoins will be awarded for $1,000 net purchase amount and so on, and 1 iCoin will be awarded for every MOP500 net purchase amount in Macau. When purchasing Apple products, 1 iCoin will be awarded for every $1,000 net purchase amount, 2 iCoins will be awarded for $2,000 net purchase amount and so on, and 1 iCoin will be awarded for every MOP1,000 net purchase amount in Macau.  “Net purchase amount” refers to the actual transaction amount to be paid, excluding the value of any MoneyBack points used, the gift coupon or any discount value. The remaining amount after deducting the net purchase amount on general products by a multiple of $500, or on Apple products by a multiple of $1,000, will not be accumulated in any form.
9. No iCoin will be given for the following transactions (including basic iCoin and extra iCoin for specific product promotion): Alipay/Octopus valueadded services, plastic shopping bag environmental levy, purchase of gift coupons, prepaid SIM cards, delivery fees, and other similar service fees, and purchases in 3HK@FORTRESS ShopinShops (except selected products/plans).
    
10. Each member can only use one member account to earn iCoin.
     
11. Members can log in to their personal account on FORTRESS website/App to check their iCoin balance.
     
12. FORTRESS internal record of member iCoin balance should be deemed as final.
     
13. Once the order is cancelled, the iCoin earned from it will also be cancelled.
     
14. For any return and refund, members have to return the corresponding iCoin earned from the cancelled transaction. For any failure of iCoin return, the return will be considered as incomplete and the return service will not be applicable. However, if iCoin has been used for gift redemption and cannot be returned, FORTRESS will deduct the refund amount with the value of iCoins earned from such transaction at a rate of $40 per iCoin.
     
15. iCoin is not transferable between members.

16. iCoin earned from current iCoin promotion will be forfeited after the redemption period of current iCoin promotion ends, and will not be accumulated and brought forward to next iCoin promotion.

Notes on Redemption

1.    Redemption period for Promotion is from 8 July 2024 to 7 July 2025.

2.    Members must fulfil 3 requirements to redeem a gift: (1) accumulating corresponding number of iCoin; (2) Accumulating 2 purchase records; (3) With 1 single purchase of HK$1,000. No gift redemption is allowed for members who have less than 2 purchase records or have not made a single purchase of HK$1,000 even with sufficient iCoin. 

3.    Each member can only redeem one gift once from each tier. All gifts are limited and available on a firstcomefirstserved basis while stocks last.

4. No cancellation, alteration, nor request of iCoin return from the company is allowed once the gift redemption is confirmed.
    
5. All redemptions will be conducted on FORTRESS website/App.
    
6. After redeeming the gift online, members can either pick it up from FORTRESS physical stores or arrange delivery at additional charge specified by us.
    
7. Members need to pick up the redemption order at FORTRESS physical store or arrange delivery within 7 days from the designated date of collection. Item(s) would be transferred back to warehouse if the order are not picked up within 7 days and $50 administrative fee will be incurred. Orders that are not picked up within 14 days from the collection date will be cancelled and redeemed iCoins will not be returned and could not exchange for other products.
    
8. FORTRESS reserves the right to change the gift list any time.

9. In case of disputes, FORTRESS reserves the right of final decision.

Additional Terms & Conditions for “Hong Kong – Taipei/Bangkok Round Trip Ticket” Redemption

1. Members must ensure that the names input on FORTRESS’s website/ App and hutchgo.com are exactly the same as the full name on passengers’ valid travel document, otherwise the passenger would not be able to board the flight successfully.
2. Each member can only redeem one set of air-ticket in the campaign using the redemption code, and each passenger can only reserve one air ticket. If anyone is found to have more than one air ticket reserved under same name, FORTRESS and hutchgo.com would cancel the flight booking without prior notice.
3. Members agree to disclose the personal information of the passengers to Fortress and hutchgo.com for air ticket redemption purpose of this campaign.
4. If member requests a return and refund of goods after redeeming the air ticket, and the member does not have sufficient i-Coins value to return, Fortress would deduct the value of incurred i-Coins (with each of the i-Coins valued $40) from the refund amount.
5. Flight ticket is provided by Fortress in form of one unique redemption code.
6. The ticket redemption code is only applicable for ONE economy class round-trip flight ticket from Hong Kong to Taipei redemption, OR for purchasing ONE economy class round-trip flight ticket from Hong Kong to Bangkok at HKD 500 (Excluded Tax and Surcharge), with designated carriers and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. Please note that the eligible winner cannot choose the carrier or specific flight time upon the redemption. Redemption is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. In case of dispute, A.S. Watson Retails (HK) Ltd. (FORTRESS) and Hutchison Travel Limited reserves the right of final decision.
7. Designated carriers for round trip ticket from Hong Kong (HKG) to Taipei (TPE) are Cathay Pacific (CX), Hong Kong Airlines (HX), Eva Air (BR), China Airlines (CI).
8. Designated carriers for round trip ticket from Hong Kong (HKG) to Taipei (TPE) are Cathay Pacific (CX), Thai Airways (TG), Emirates (EK), Hong Kong Airlines (HX).
9. Members must redeem their air tickets on hutchgo.com within the validity period, which is from July 12, 2024, to August 31, 2025 (including the first and last day), using the redemption code provided in the redemption notification email.
10. Travel Period is from 25 Aug, 2024 to 31 Dec, 2025, except blackout period and is subject to seat availability of flights.
11. Blackout Period: 16-18 Sept, 1-8 Oct, 16-31, Dec 2024; 1-6 Jan, 23-31 Jan, 1-11 Feb, 4-6, 16-20, 29-30 Apr, 1-5 May, 13 Jul – 23 Aug, 1-8 Oct, 16-31 Dec, 2025.
12. Ticket Validity is 2-7 days.
13. Each ticket includes one minimum allowance of checked baggage provided by the selected carrier.
14. The ticket redemption code is not applicable for any applicable taxes, cost of levy, fuel surcharges, Hong Kong Airport construction fee, blackout period/ special date surcharge and administration fee of hutchgo.com. 15. All flight tickets booking must be made at https://www.hutchgo.com.hk/FortressiCoinJourneyAwaits/.
16. Redemption must be done at least 10 working days before flight departure.
17. Any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of other services. Any expired or invalid redemption code will not be re-issued.
18. Flight Tickets cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
19. Once the redemption is confirmed, amendment, refund or rebook is not allowed.
20. The redemption code is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold on any channels. Change of travel destination is also not allowed. This voucher is for one-time redemption. It cannot be used in conjunction with other hutchgo.com promotional offers and is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent items.
21. Redemption code will not be reissued once distributed. Redemption code obtained through unauthorized channels or modified, copied, forged, damaged, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void. Any voucher code that does not match the records of hutchgo.com database system will not be accepted for offer redemption.
22. You must not store the redemption code in a data retrieval system outside of the redemption website; or reproduce, copy, change or publish the redemption code in any form or by any means; or misuse redemption code. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and conditions, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant redemption code. All consequences, losses and/or damages shall be borne by you, and Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) will not be responsible or bear any legal responsibility.
23. If the redeemed ticket fails to depart or stay due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by pandemic), A.S. Watson Retails (HK) Ltd. (FORTRESS) and Hutchison Travel Limited is not responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the redemption code used.
24. If member fails to present valid personal identification and related travel documents or is rejected by immigration for any other reason, A.S. Watson Retails (HK) Ltd. (FORTRESS) and Hutchison Travel Limited shall not be held liable.
