Earn Rewards in a Few Steps
- Invite your friends to register Fortress eShop account and connect their student account.
- Collect the student emails that you have referred and have been successfully link to the student account. Fill in and submit the Student Referral Program Participation Form. (Can be submitted multiple times. All referral information must be submitted by or before 31 Mar 2025.)
- If you and your friend's accounts pass the review, both of you will receive the reward.

- Can I participate in the Student Referral Program?
If you are a Fortress eShop member, you can participate in this referral program. - Who can I refer?
You can refer secondary school, local/overseas college and university students who have valid student email addresses and have never connected their Student Account previously. - Can I submit the Participation Form multiple times?
Yes, if you have additional referees, you can fill out the form again to submit new referee emails. Note that when resubmitting the form, you do not need to fill in the emails of referees that have already been submitted. Duplicated referees will not be accepted. - Can I submit the email of my own linked student account as a referral?
No. Referrers who use their own student email addresses as referrals will not be accepted. - How do I connect my student account?
Go to “My Account” and select “Personal Details”, click “Student” under “Connect Other Account” and enter your active student email. You would receive verification email after clicking “Get Verification Code”. Lastly, enter the verification code and click “Confirm” to finish. Click here for a detailed guide. - Why does my account show “Invalid Email Address” when connecting my student account?
Your email domain address may not currently be included in our registered email list. Please provide your email domain by filling the Inquiry Form and we would study and may include it for further registration.
Student Referral Program Terms and Conditions
- The program period is from 1 March to 31 March 2025.
- The program is open for Fortress eShop members to participate. All members can refer eligible students with valid student email addresses to connect their Student Account on Fortress eShop.
- Eligible referees include secondary school, local and overseas college and university students with valid student email addresses.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official Student Referral Program Participation Form. Incomplete or invalid submissions will not be accepted.
- Referrers can submit the referral form more than once. Duplicated referees will not be accepted.
- Referrers who use their own student email addresses as referrals will not be accepted.
- The referee must be a first-time connector of their student account. If they have previously connected their student account, it will not count as a valid referral.
- Referral data will be reviewed weekly. Only valid referrals qualify for rewards.
- After verification, referrers will receive 500 Moneyback points per successful referral.
- Referrers must submit all referral information through the official Student Referral Program Participation Form on or before 31 March 2025 23:59pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- New student members will receive $100 Fortress eCoupon after connecting their student accounts. Usage of the eCoupon is subject to terms and conditions.
- Any fraudulent or fake submissions will result in disqualification. Fortress reserves the right to verify all referrals.
- Fortress may modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
- In case of disputes, Fortress reserves the right of final decision.
