Remark:

Two years installation warranty is provided by Fortress; Product warranty and repair are provided by the product suppliers according to their terms and conditions.
Two years installation warranty only cover air-conditioner supporting rack, silicone for glass seal-up and refrigerant pipe works. Excluding any air-con foul drain without proper and regular routine maintenance. Involving extra charge due to product exchange or cleansing.
Pricing will be revised without further notification. Non-listed items charges will be quoted directly on-site.

2: Standard installation service includes: 1) Install outdoor unit on the air conditioning platform; 2) Connect and mount the indoor unit on the wall; 3) 5 meters surface refrigerant pipe with pipe insulator and 5 meters surface drain pipe; 4) Two-year installation warranty. 4: Due to the complexity of installing split air-con, if you require installation service, we must first arrange site survey. We will schedule this visit two working days after your order is placed (if a change is needed, please contact our customer service department). If installation cannot proceed after the assessment, we will cancel your order and refund the balance after deducting a site survey fee of HK$100 (for Discovery Bay, outlying islands, restricted areas, and remote areas, the fee is HK$200).

Please ensure the distance between cookerhood and induction cooker is at least 550mm (distance between cookerhood and gas cooker is at least 650mm). If the distance is smaller than expected, supplier may reject to provide installation service due to safety concerns.

*If you need ceiling type thermo ventilator (dropped ceiling must be available), please contact our Chat & Buy product specialist to arrange for a site survey before purchasing. If customers do not need a site survey and there is delivery or installation problem, we reserve the right not to make any exchange or refund.

2: If Installation Service is selected, we will notify you of the installation date by email about 1-2 working days after receiving your order. Product delivery and installation dates may be different.
3: After receiving the product, please do not open the package box. We suggest you wait until technician's on-site visit to open it. Product liability will however be borne by customer in the case that the package box was opened other than by installation technicians.

2: If the capacity of the used refrigerator exceeds 500 liters, as it is not included in Producer Responsibility Scheme on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, a fee will be charged for the removal service. If you need the same-day collection of old refrigerator, please select "Fortress Same-day Waste Appliance Collection Service".
3: Due to the large size of the refrigerator, if the delivery route is obstructed, the delivery staff may charge additional delivery fees or be unable to arrange delivery.
