4: Due to the complexity of installing split air-con, if you require installation service, we must first arrange site survey. **Remark
- Dismantling of used air-conditioner will only be carried out under safe conditions.
- Additional installation charges shall be paid upon completion of the installation.
- Any relocation is subject to quote and charge.
- Under certain circumstances, scaffolding shall be required and subject to quotation and charge.
- Two years installation warranty is provided by Fortress; Product warranty and repair are provided by the product supplier according to their terms and conditions.
- 2 years installation warranty only cover air-con supporting rack and silicone for glass seal-up; Exclude any air-con foul drain without proper and regular routine maintenance. Involve extra charge due to product exchange or cleansing.
- Pricing will be revised without further notified. Non-listed item charges will be quoted direct on-site.
